Overview
Your surgeon's office staff will typically reserve a date and time for your procedure through the scheduling department at the hospital or surgicenter. You should then receive a call from a hospital or surgicenter representative to take a medical history in anticipation of your procedure. If your procedure will be done at the hospital and further testing is needed, or if you have questions for our anesthesiologists, please call Delnor Surgical Preregistration at 630-762-3780 to schedule an appointment.
